AP reload bonus problem.
 

When I try to deposit, there is no 'enter promotional code' box. anyone else have the same problem, or know why its doing this?

Just email the VIP people. The fixed it for me within a few hours. I've actually been happy with AP VIP lately.

i wrote an email to the support and they credited the bonus money within a few hours.

Let us inform you that the reason why the promotional code box does not appear is because you made a withdrawal request during the promotional period.

The Terms & Conditions that govern our promotions state the following: "Please note that if you make a withdrawal during, or 12 hours prior to a promotional period, you will not receive a bonus for re-deposited funds during that promotional period".
