BTN is 61/0/0.42/59. This is just awful Hero play. Check/Fold Flop here? I do not often fire cbets into 2+ players but I guess I expected shortstack to come along light and BTN to fold w/out a hand or reraise w/ the goods.

OOP if you are gonna raise with AK into 3 villians (BB,2 limpers), I think you need to raise enough to represent a big hand, QQ+. I don't think the raise is big enough.

Preflop looks fine to me. 4xbb+1bb/limper. On the flop, I would probably check the flop and then fold to the MP all-in and btn call. But with your reads on villains I don't think the play is terrible. If you think MP calls light and BTN lets you catch for free, which is often true of players this passive, the play is fine.
However, I don't think "BTN is 61/0/0.42/59" and "I expected... BTN to fold w/out a hand or reraise w/ the goods" go together very well. I can see players like this calling your bet with a lot of hands.

wtf, preflop is 100% standard. 4bbs + 2 limpers. fine.

At these stakes I will usually not cbet into two opponents here when most pairs are usually gonna call on this board. Just check/evaluate. As played calling the small shove is fine given pot odds.
