So as far as you know, it's raining? Go the window and [censored] look. That should clear that up for you.

Also, your pee most likely smells because of something you ate or drank. For example, mine smells awful after I eat sugar smacks (the cereal with the bear in the sweatshirt; yeah, you've seen it). If it still smells in a day or two, go see a doctor. Or die. Your choice.
