is there any situation where you would fold top set on the flop, even though it was the nuts at that point? while i'm not sure i ever actually would, the more i've thought about it the more i think it has interesting implications.

i'm pretty sure if i could see my opponents holecards the answer would be trivially no. even if he had the most powerful draw and was "way" ahead, i would always have odds to peel.
