Bet the flop and be ok with getting it in at any point. It's 60bb eff.

On river, with your flop check, small turn bet/call, you'll make even most passive post flop players come alive on that river.

Bet the flop, it's not like this guy is aggressive enough to justify inducing a bluff or something. Just bet and hope he overplays his boat. As played I'd call, he played it pretty weird...checking the flop and the turn then blowing it up...i don't get it.
