When do you call 3-bets W/ KQ?

Texas Hold'em $5-$10 NL (real money), hand #P4-53488728-2912
Table ycbgbycbl's HE, 9 Nov 2007 8:34 PM ET

Seat 1: SB ($1,362.00 in chips)
Seat 3: BB ($3,466.25 in chips)
Seat 7: HERO [ K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img],Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ] ($1,174.25 in chips)
Seat 9: CO ($2,017.25 in chips)
Seat 10: VILLIAN ($1,485.75 in chips)

ANTES/BLINDS
SB posts blind ($5), BB posts blind ($10).

PRE-FLOP
HERO bets $35, CO folds, VILLIAN bets $135, SB folds, BB folds, HERO?

So what do you do here? Consider villian laggish 24/20. Definetly capable of 3-betting light. Has 3-betted couple of times today, but nothig too grazy going on. You call/fold?

4bet to $320/fold to shove or fold now imo. i'd probably call if i had position, and shove certain flops that i miss.

Fold! KQ is one of the most dominated hands when it comes to calling 3bets. and your out of pos. Like Tumez says if you are pretty sure hes out of line 4bet it. but i would fold.

Shove certain flops? Other than J10 possibly would you care to elaborate on which flops you would shove K high and why.

if the guy is getting really out of line / maniacal I don't mind calling and stacking off on K/Q flop.s

lol you have to be prepared to put money in on more flops than those, it's a given that you stack off of you hit TPGK and prob call at least one street with second pair, but you're giving him money in the long run unless you check/shove the correct flops, which is very difficult oop vs a tricky player, so i'd generally just fold oop and call in position and make a few moves postflop.

I have to be more careful of what I quote, I call planning on stacking off about 3/4 times and jamming all gutters/ most overs and backdoor draws, C/Fing usually the Axx boards.

I guess I meant that yeah I call and defend but were obv looking for a K or Q high board, but no you can't fight back only the 1/3rd that you make a pair.

Calling and playing flops random is better if hes smart, 4betting is better if hes on moderate intelligence, folding is better if he's stupid.
