Lead in paulson chips
 

Just thought I would give some of you the heads up, but I have read in a few places now that there has been high amounts of lead found in paulson chips. I don't personally have a set but I know many of you do, and I would have liked to know about if I did.

Another reason not to eat your chips. Or to get ceramics. Lead is used in paint and China has no regulation. Some chips are made with brass to make them heavier. You can see the flecks of it in the sides.

I guess I'll have to sell my superfund site to someone else.

Apparently, the dangers aren't really that bad. You may want to wash your hands after playing, but you should be doing that anyways, especially at casinos.

The concern is primarily about kids getting them in their mouths.... but, if you let young children chew on your good chips, you deserve a KITN anyway.

at first i was concerned, then i thought about it for a minute and remembered i dont eat my chips, have kids or snort them.

I would be concerned if I owned these, and very concerned if I worked in a casino handling these chips.
