Am I being tracked every time I play?
 

I'm new to this rakeback thing. Just got it with raketracker. I checked my rakeback stats, played a 500 hand session, and then checked my stats again about 10 hours later... and my rakeback stats never changed. Usually it updates with a few hours. So my question is Am I being tracked everytime I play? Or is there sometimes an error where I am not tracked?

Raketracker stats are NOT live. Someone has to manually upload them once a day. I would expect your stats to be at least 24 hours behind at all times.

Hi Jw,

You are being tracked everytime you play by the poker site. Most of the sites we work with publish your stats once a day for the prior day. They are all located in different areas so the 'day' could be 12-12 GMT, 11-11 CST, it depends on the site in question.

Once the day is over the poker site usually publishes the information on their affiliate site by sometime the next morning. Our software then imports that information around 10am the following morning. So if you played at any point on 8/20, your stats will reflect that play around 10am on 8/21 at raketracker.
