I don't see any problem with calling here. I don't think he's calling with a 4 on the flop often enough to merit me folding TT here. Wouldn't raise though.

Yes call. Looks like he understands that you are C-betting this flop w/ any hand. He probably puts you on 2 high cards after the turn check and is value betting with a nine.
