just sat down, vill open limped or min raised on button 3x in row, appears bad.

i wanna 3-bet here so bad because it seems like he has 9x and probably won't fold it. in game, i'd probably puss out and call though.

Just call. Raising has so little value because we almost never get called by worse (Q9, 9T maybe). And there are too many hands that beat us.
