Satellite to the 100 seat tournament sunday at 6pm that went off at 130am sunday morning. note the, shall we say, unusual payout structure. basically everybody at my table started pushing in, i won a whole bunch of chips to get to 12k and have stayed there, planning to do so until the top 32 remain, which is the number of seats that otherwise would have been awarded.

i figured that FT would have cancelled it by now, but it's still going strong with 60 players left. has anybody had experience with a cockup from FTP like this before, and if so, what was the resolution?

I checked two of the busted players from OSU's screenshot and they're both registered in it.

I'd guess either everyone will get the inflated prizes...or everyone will get their money back.

That's not necessarily meaningful, since FTP just pays you cash if you win the same satellite entry twice, and I know a lot of people who were taking advantage of that to rack up some $$$ in the softer sats.

But still, Jesus Christ, I actually had to work for my entry. If I knew they were just giving the [censored] away I wouldn't have expended so much effort.
