DreamGreen Putting Green

Not sure if this is allowed or not (feel free to delete), but I bought a 4'x12' DreamGreen last year and have since moved into a new place where it won't fit.

I have to move it very soon and have basically no use for it so am willing to go very low if anyone's interested.

It's probably the most high quality home putting green available. Mine has a dark wood finish and the retail is $4300. The site is www.dreamgreen.com for more info.

chis,

I'm of the mind that you spent your first 1700+ posts just building up enough equity so you could spam the forums.

No seriously, I don't see a problem with it but maybe someone else will. I do see a problem with spending $4300 on a putting green, so that thing must have some fantastic features.

does it give blow jobs, because I could build one of those things for about 5% of the cost. why is it 4300$?

Thanks tug.

Guids,
It's a little obscene I agree. I think it's hand made and is able to fit into a room as kind of a nice luxurious piece rather than a $30 kiddie green. Also, you can change the breaks on both sides to make like 1 million combinations.

As for the price, I'm definitely willing to sell in the <$2000 range.

Not to go off track here, but that's a nice looking putter rack. I think I'm going to build one of those this winter to hold some of my defective equipment.

Re: DreamGreen Putting Green

I HOPE the rack comes with it for $4300. If they charge extra for that I'd be tempted to knee a salesperson in the balls.

To be fair, I'm sure they sell quite a few of those to wealthy golfer types for whom money is no object. I personally don't see the point in having a million different breaks, it's not like you're gonna be on the course and go "this putt looks like setting 455,872". Besides, reading putts properly is at least half the battle. I guess maybe this could help with that.
