Re: I flat call 3bet w/AA
bet to induce bluff (or value) push from villain, your hand looks like a pair between J and 5

Re: I flat call 3bet w/AA
Checking is ok, with plans to raise the river.. betting is good to, just kind hoping he has AK and wants to crai. I Think I lean towards a bet

Re: I flat call 3bet w/AA
Raise flop.
As played, lead out $35 on turn. Sometimes I like to min 4-bet pf for general hilarity. |
Re: I flat call 3bet w/AA
so many different lines are fine in this hand (raising pf, raising flop, betting turn, checking turn and betting/raising river)

Re: I flat call 3bet w/AA
I bet here, but you can debate a check for pot control. I think your hand is well hidden here, and you should bet $35 on this turn. I lean towards a bet to protect my hand, and get value out of my AA.

Re: I flat call 3bet w/AA
I would bet 25-30ish to get it in on the river.

Re: I flat call 3bet w/AA
27/18/5 is not TAG.
I don't like just calling preflop when 130 deep. It's just starting to get to the stack sizes when he's going to be able to show a profit against you with 22-JJ,SCs,etc since he won't usually stack unimproved - but you will. KK would stack off preflop. So you'd really only like to just call if you knew he had exactly QQ or AK/AQ. The hands that can stack off on alot of boards you beat, but that probably wouldn't stack preflop - but those make up alot less of his range than 'everything else'. |
Re: I flat call 3bet w/AA
Ok. a question then
1. If I check the turn, and villain leads the river, how would raising be better than calling? Say the river is a blank. The only hand I see that I'm ahead of that calls a river raise is AK. |
