Tried the search feature- shania?
 

In reading alot of the back PoohBah posts, there's some great stuff in there BTW, I see the term shania used a bit(fimbulwinter and pokey both make the reference).

What does it mean?

It means meta game considerations, particularly deception. That is, playing marginal hands so that your good hands are more likely to get action.
