This sounds like someone else is logged onto the account you are trying to login with...That is the message..The access denied is the other person who is logged on saying no..Or with the problem you could still be logged on yourself..

post your sn so people that can log on can do a quick search to see if it's playing...

I am logged in and all the tournaments are currently paused. Their having software issues.
