Borg 20 KQs hand w/ \"The Professor\"

A few people posted in the Foxwoods thread about this kid Eric who they call The Professor. He's shown up at the Borg a few times to the chagrin of the regulars. I have played with him for about two hours and my preliminary reads are that he's TAGish with weak tendancies, possibly the most annoying person I've ever met, and VERY VERY bad for the game since he annoys both the bad regulars and the fish. This is my only hand with him.

I can't sleep and have noticeably moved from the 40 game after playing two hands 'cause I'm tired. My image is in between TAG and LAG, but my PF raises have been real and I'm really only playing more hands because the game is very good. I've already seen him turn over some trashy hands in weird positions and think he may be a tad bit steamed because he's arguing with everyone and keeps taking full racks of reds to color-up to black. (Another reason he's bad for the game)

I think we're seven-handed. He opens in CO and I 3bet on the button with KhQh, folded to villian who calls.

Flop Ac-Kc-4x
He checkraises me and I think for a minute, decide I'll reevaluate on the turn and call.

Turn (Ac-Kc-4x)-9x
He checks, I pause and check.

River (Ac-Kc-4x-9x)-7x
He checks...

Comments on all streets welcomed as well as reads on the professor.

God I hate this guy. I played w/ him at the 50-100 at foxwoods a few weeks ago. his personality is really unbearable. i remember him being weak-tight both pre and postflop, but he might've been taking a shot. anyways, in the actual hand, you have to bet the turn. given that you didn't, i would bet the river and hope he convinces himself to call w/ a flush draw that paired up or a weaker king.

I am interested to hear why this is a must bet?

Me too - I think it's an easy check. I'm curious who this guy is because I can't place him - I'll have to check out the Fox thread.

Flop c/r - Turn ch seems to reinforce your read. Your turn ch is ok although against that type of player, and a fl dr out, I'd rather bet the turn and ch behind on river. Rather then ch behind turn and either bet or call the river.

Buying up racks and coloring up to black. Cue Bowie - Ground Control to Major Tool.

I'd much rather bet the turn and check the river on that board and given your read.

for real. the most annoying person I've ever played with and that's saying a hell of a lot.

I would bet the turn, I'm guessing he had some big draw on the flop like QJ/QT/JT club. or maybe a king. I'd bet the turn and check behind on the river. as played I would not bet the river, I dont think you're getting paid off by a worse hand - he'd pay off with a king or a PP after that turn check but I really doubt he plays the flop that way.
