200NL-6Max ---AA in trouble?

Villian1 has $160, villian2 has $100 and I cover. Both are loose(not sure of VPIP), but have limped and then called several times already.

Villian1 raises to $4 UTG, Villian2 calls on the button and I reraise to $20 in the BB with Black Aces. Both call.

Flop is 952 all diamonds. I bet 50 into the $62 pot, villian1 minraises with $40 behind. Villian2 folds. Its $50 to call into the $210 pot with $40 behind.

Push? Fold? Stop and go any turn? Stop and go a blank turn? Does it not matter? Am I overthinking?

Thanks,
Jason

I agree with theplux that you will see a lot of draws here often. that being said, i think given the pot odds and stack sizes calling here is correct, but in other situations this spot would suck because you're at best a coinflip against a bare diamond draw.

You have the nuts in a reraised pot, shove.

Wow, I really don't think this is as clear cut as you guys are saying. Against any pocket pair with a diamond you have 57% ish equity, you have 11% equity against a set, drawing close to dead against a made flush and only 50/50 vs any kind of pair+ a diamond. The min raise leaving nothing behind leads me to believe that the villain's range is more heavily weighted to a flush than anything else.
