Calculating Contributed rakeback using PokerTracker

Hello,
Is there a way to calculate contributed rakeback? When I just take 30% of the rake displayed in PokerTracker i get a way too high number.

Please help me out, is there some kind of formula? Ty

Hi Thois,

AFAWK There is no formula for this...There might be a program though...
It really depends on two things...

1) Whether you are trying to calculate Average Contributed Rake or Weighted Contributed Rake
and
2) Whether you are a tight or loose player

The Average contributed can probably be estimated with relative ease...and with a reasonable degree of accuracy...

Weighted would be harder

Kind regards

Last I saw, it was not easily calculated from PT. I understand the developers may be working on adding it in. There is an SQL program attempt at getting at it that may or may not be correct. It is better to check the Pokertracker forum for the latest status.
