3 hands vs donk

I am very active at the table, been cbetting and 3betting a lot.. He got sick of me and did the following with Qd6d:

PartyPoker $200 NL Hold'em (4 handed) HandRecorder v0.9b

Stacks & Stats
SB ($219.50)
BB ($287.80) (74/30/3.32/24) (108h)
CO ($51.70)
Hero ($199)

Preflop: Hero is BU with 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
1 folds, Hero raises to $8, 1 folds, BB raises to $16, Hero calls $8.

Flop: ($33) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets $18, Hero calls $18.

Turn: ($69) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets $42, Hero calls $42.

River: ($153) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks.

Final Pot: $153.

A few hands later, this happened.
I figured he probably isn't bluffing because he is betting the river which he didn't do when he was bluffing a few hands earlier.

Then finally, this hand.
I made the call on the river thinking he probably thinks he can push me of a hand since I folded the last time..

I agree w/ this.

Also OP, I wouldn't really expect a donkey to change his play that much from hand to hand, there's a very low probability that he's actually mixing up his play based on what you did in earlier hands, he probably just figures you didn't hit your draw or w/e.

Value bet hand 1

Fold turn or call river in hand 2. He's more likely to have an 8/9 and think its good than have a 4. A flush is possible but not likely and you can't give him credit for it after calling the turn. As played call the river.

Hand 3 is a check-raise all-in on the turn to defend against a flush draw. As played, easy call on the river as the 5 is very unlikely to have helped him.

Wouldn't this lead me to folding the river? In hand one he didn't bet the river with a bluff.. Why would he do it in hand 2? Or you think he is valuebetting river with worse?

Re: 3 hands vs donk

In hand 3 I would CR all in one the TURN.I think we are ahead here a lot .As played I would call river .

In hand 2 I think we have to decide on the TURN the action on the river.Calling and folding turn seems meah

In hand 1 I think I would play the same.Other posters said to v bet but I don't know v what hands ?

Re: 3 hands vs donk

the reason for folding river in hand 2 is that I don't think he would fire again with anything I beat.. His range on the turn includes bluffs. I don't know if thats the case on the river sence he checked the river with his previous bluff..
