How to pick the right software

I am starting to play poker as a business and I want to know if and what the best software is to help track all my expenses, budgeting, cash outs, etc. I hope this is the correct forum to ask this about. Does anyone use programs to help keep track of their finances like maybe Quicken, or Microsoft Money? Can you tell me why these programs are any good or make suggestions on other programs that are good? Please provide a reason as to why this program is good and how it helps you with your poker playing and investing. I intend to invest more in the market and possibly real estate if I am successful in my new ventures.

I use Excel for personal investments and live poker.
I don't play online, but I hear PokerTracker is the cat's meow.

http://www.pokerdominator.com/sessiontracking/

is free and I've been using it for a few years to track my poker finances. It can generate lots of interesting reports etc.
