Born Without a Filter
 

So you know those people that weren't born with the filter that prevents their mouth from speaking what the mind is thinking?

True story from Red Cross CPR/First Aid class earlier this week...at the end of the class the woman next to me says this to Jim the instructor:

Filterless: So Jim, what's the worst experience you've had with this first aid stuff.
H5N1: (I can't believe she asked that)
Instructor: Well, ah...I guess the worst thing is when you're giving CPR to someone...and they don't make it.

...
Filterless: Oh,...was it someone you know?
H5N1: (OMG, WTF, YOU DIDN"T JUST ASK THAT!!??!!??!!??!!)
Instructor: Yes,...it was my son.

I go to culinary school:

backstory: tons of incoming first block kids because a lot of people enroll in the fall block. Foriegn exchange girl from china sits down at me and my freind jason's lunch table. We make small talk, trying to get over the language barrier. Jason has no filter whatsoever. He might even have terrets(sp?) Anyways, she has a nasty looking burn on her arm.

Jason: so whats the burn from?
chinagirl: eh-cue me?
Jason: the burn *gestures to the location for the burn*
chinagirl: oh, I cooking, wery hot
Jason: what were you making? stir fry?
chinagirl: eh-cue me?
me: *struggles to hold in fit of laughter*
