Protein Shake
Water, ice, 2 scoops protein powder, 1/2 yogurt, 1/2 frozen banana.


More exciting than it sounds. Also, BC+Sox+Pats+Law Firm Dinners means I've been drinking a ton lately, so I'm trying to balance that out with more exercise and healthier eating.

Tasted good. Surprised this lunch snack aint big in America. When travelling around Europe this year i met some guys from New York and introduced them to baked beans, who to my surprise, had never of the them.

Those guys from New York are just stupid. Baked beans are very common in America. Putting them on toast isn't.

Cosi - Chicken TBM melt, small clam chowder soup.
dessert - caramel frappuccino from starbucks. Guess I'm not going to win the "biggest loser" again this month at work. I've put on 20 pounds the last 3 months thinking I was sandbagging for a big win this month. Not really, I'm just getting fat. I think I weigh more than Dids now.

Leftover noodles with tuna/stirfry mix and hot sauce. 7/10. Gonna make some ribs for an early dinner before grinding cause games are good when normal people go out [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

2 hot dogs w/ mustard, relish and onions, chips, and a coke zero. Not exactly healthy, but pretty tasty.
