CO has been playing short entire session, their stack grinds down, then they add on a little bit (but not full) No other reads...

Is CO pot committed, reducing any folld equity I might have? Anything else I should be considering?

c/f. second-barrelling without a specific read is usually a mistake at this level. People will chase any draw they have all the way to the river, no matter how bad the odds; knocking people off any kind of draw is very tough. Knocking them off a made hand is obviously much harder.
