Also, want to add that because your hair is so dark, you look sloppy unshaven. If you had lighter hair you might be able to pull it off.

Yeah, Tony, clean shaven all the way. You look pretty slick.

I, on the other hand, have a perfectly round face. It's terrible unshaven, so I have a goatee to give a bit more definition to the face.

i think you really need to shave your neck if you're going to have a beard, it'll define the jaw/cut down on chins. also, take a picture of you bearded from a better angle with a nice shirt on, the t-shirt thing adds to the slob factor.
