Rakeback

I have an account at almost every poker room but none are for rakeback. Do I have anyway of getting an account with Rakeback?

I sent full tilt an email today about this and they said they are contacting some of their affiliates for me. I believe there is a way just it's 25% rakeback instead of the standard 27%....
