Wonder what went wrong, a 8 day delay is pretty much a 3 week delay since they do 3 shifts with construction. Figure they might get the 25th off.

construction might not be the cause, staffing and management procedures might be tougher. Also some of the amenities might not be ready like the restaurants, thats all privately owned or management deals with the chefs. I put a call into the marketing department there but I havent heard back yet.

I read somewhere that the most of the shops and restaurants wouldn't open until January, so I'd be surprised if that was the case but then again they still need personnel to work the floors and having them start right before XMas might have been an error on their part. Who knows if they'll mention the real cause.
