Wireless/Cordless Mouse Opinions?

I am looking to buy a cordless mouse for the first time and was wondering if anyone had an opinion on what is the best? I dont know much about them but from the small amount of research I have done I have noticed that the top "gamers" mice are actually corded which makes me think the cordless ones aren't that good??

Thanks for any help you may be able to offer.

It isn't that cordless mice aren't any good but rather have a higher latency (the time between moving the mouse and the computer registering the movement). Also gamers really don't like having to change batteries in the middle of a session

Also the first couple generations of wireless mice didn't always have good connections to the receiver. I assume new ones are better...

I'd heard great things about the Logitech MX on 2p2. I got one last month and have been very pleased with it.

I like bluetooth for laptops because you don't need to plug in anything

Nothing really but a cordless mouse/keyboard would be more convient for me as I have a recliner in my computer room, this way I wouldn't be restricted to sitting at my computer table.
