if by locals you mean thai's...as i said before, you have to have some kind of an in, but yes, in general...they are very receptive of white people. they look up to you.

I do and have in costa rica (so cram it), but degen said he did not speak thai and has 16454 thai girlfriends, Im asking how he does it, are tall white guys like cat nip to these thai girls?
