Shove, the only likely hands that he could have you beat with are 88 or KQ but you beat many hands he could take this line with including AK, KJ, pair+fd, even a naked FD.

You also have back door draw to the flush with your Ah if you are behind.

I like a shove. You're getting called by a lot of hands that you beat, so get it in ahead.
