I would raise pre and sometimes on turn.

I wouldn't fold, 8x and T9 are very realistic possibilities.

Yeah, villain is a regular/winner in the game from what I know. I don't think he would play 9T like this, even though it crossed my mind at the time. I think he also realizes my two over calls are super strong.
