Limerick Contest
 

Another one of those "something to do when bored" threads. We did one of these in HUSH forum once. For those who don't know, a limerick is poetry following this syllable and rhyme structure:

8,8,5,5,8 also works well. Anything else sounds awkward.

Starting topic will be PoG. Anyone can offer a different topic for others to work with. I'll start.....


Since starting my PoG phase
I've liked it in so many ways
Now, look at this place,
It's been a disgrace
With 1.5 turbo-less days

How about a turbo at six
So us junkies can get in our fix
if we can't get ten by then
we'll play grafitti again
and look at some more movie pix

My sleep deprivation has soared,
And the pains in my head,
cos I won't go to bed,
seems a very appropriate reward!

POG has been so dreadfully slow
It's like watching the green grass grow
Not much WW or clue
Prompts unfortunate spew
And 2 months for a boat to row

LOL.. and I just editted it too.. made it
"And 2 months for a boat to row" since that game has already been going for 21 days and we're not even close to being finished yet!
