3-handed no way.

That turn reeeeeeeeeeeally sucks with this board. If his 3-handed SB 3-b range is pretty decent (66+, QJs, K9s+, KJo+, A7s+, A8o+) it really depends on reads. If he played all of his hands this way, easy easy calldown. We're a 69:31 dog getting 9:2.

The fact that he donked the flop makes it seem like he's "continuing with the best PF hand" in his mind and then slowing down when you raise him. Refined range: A8o - AKo, A8s-AKs, KTs, TT
I'm giving him waaaaay too much credit with this range, but most better hands I think 3 bets would go in on the flop.

If we throw in a "20% bluff with limited outs" situation by adding KJo, KQo, KJs, KQs, 77, our equity goes up to 25% and we have a calldown. If he's only bluffing in this situation rarely (which is the more likely case given the preflop action and that he expects to showdown) then it's a fold. He needs a good % of bluff in his range to make this profitable.

Go with your reads. If you don't have a read, then call this down and make a note.

I think there are enough semibluffing hands for him to donk again on the turn to make this a profitable calldown. Stuff like K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J could easily make this play knowing you almost never have an A here unless its exactly AA. (Maybe AJs but I'm not sure thats a cap preflop)

If a spade drops on the river and he bets again I think its an easy fold.

looks good to me. I think you're behind more often than not, but you're getting 9:2 and you'll win more often than that, although I actually think it's pretty close. We don't have any reads right? If you know this guy is super passive maybe we can find a turn fold.

Yeah it is definitely read dependent and I find a fold on the turn against a lot of passive types.

Thanks for replies. Hadn't been playing long so didn't really have any reads. Turned out he had AQ.
