When this villain called my r/r preflop I put him on a fairly tight range. I flopped a King, but then villain shoves over the top. I feel that the least I can hope for is that we have the same hand, but villain might even have the Ac along with it. So I don't think I can beat anything here. Good fold? Anything you would have played differently?

I think this is a standard fold. The best you're hoping for is AK with the Ac which is either a split or a loss (or Aq with the Ac if he's nuts). I think sets and flushes make up a huge part of his range.
