25 NL... how can i get max value?

villain is weak player who is easy to run over... this is why i called flop- i planned to take pot down on turn. turn was a good card to bluff at as it completes straight and flush. when villain calls i am done until river boats me. whats my best way to get value?

ok but you shouldnt be cold calling OOP with a hand like Q10o ever. 3bet is decent but still ev- probably.

from your description of the villain the way the hand has played, it appears the only way you are getting all his chips is if you shove the river and he is bad enough to call you with a worse hand.

but yeah just take him to valuetown and bet the pot or just under it.

I agree. It seems unlikely this type of villain will bluff the river so unless he has a big flush, in which case he might move in over the top anyway, your best bet most of the time is just to bet a little under the pot.
