easy fold for me because his preflop range is so wide here.

This does not make any sense, what do you mean?

If the guy is playing 42% of his hands he is more likely to have a 4 or a 5...because his preflop range is so wide.

I c/c turn. If he checks behind on turn then I bet river. As played I fold river.

I bet the turn because I figured his range includes a lot of 8, diamonds, and pp's and perhaps even bare aces. I hate giving stations free cards.

Any other thoughts from the morning crew before I post results?

i'm with you on betting the turn for the reasons you mentioned. a turn c/c is giving up a lot of value.

If the board was 44585 I would feel a lot worse about our hand.

As played, I'm not really worried about a 5 here.

I don't think 67 is calling your pfr and cb w/only a GS.

Maybe he thinks AK is the nuts here.

I could see him having anything from 88+,A8s,A4s,A4o.

You need to be good about 35% of the time, but you have >60% equity against that range.

I call and feel pretty good about it.

I'm assuming you lost and would be interested in the results later.

Edit: [b]Didn't realize you were 200bb deep. Thought this was 25nl.

Thought this would be more interesting, but oh well.

Villian shows 99 and MHIG. Well done IC.

I'm starting to learn that even the most passive donks are capable of moves like this, but despite the results I've been second-guessing this call. The wealth of advice seems to favor folding.
