Thanks for the replies. When I say I get gutted, keep in mind I have little Omaha experience, so by definition it hasn't happened too many times, so it's hard to know how common that would be.

I will defer to more experienced players, but I have found that the huge monster pots won or lost often cancel each other out in the long run and the +ROI comes in large part to how many 10-30 BB pots you can win. Many of these will come when you are the only one left standing with the flush cards.
