Lee Rousso v State of Washington update?

Has anyone heard anything new? The last thing I heard was that a court session of some kind was scheduled for November 9th. I have been checking every day, but there doesn't seem to have been any news releases about it. Can any of the PPA guys let us know if there is any news? Thanks!

Thanks, but that link shows the last activity in October. Unless that means it is over? I don't speak docket-ese.

You can find an update at the PPA site. In short, the State of Washington requested a lot of discovery that Mr. Rousso did not want to provide. The trial court did not grant Mr. Rousso any relief from the requested discovery so he appealed to the appellate court. If the appellate court does not provide any relief, then Mr. Rousso will most likely have to drop the lawsuit and maybe refile with another party as the plaintiff.
I wonder why Mr. Rousso filed in state court instead of federal court.

Just to clarify Nick was a betting site operator and not a player.
