Hero checks, SB bets 660, Hero...?

We are only 5 hands into the tournament when this hand takes place.

Villain description:
- Villain has raised all 3 of his SB (the third being this one) to 2x BB, I have folded both previous times.
- Villain insta called my first (and only) 2,5x BB PFR. He called my 2/3 c-bet on a 55T flop, he did a 1/3 bet after I checked a 7 on the turn and PSB a 9 river.
- In this hand villain again insta calls my 3-bet

With villain insta-calling my 3-bet here and the previous hands in mind my first thought is that he is one of those typical LAG's who plays all sort of crap and goes crazy with bluffs and such.

For the above reason I do not c-bet here, I figure I will either get called or re-raised all day long if my feeling about this villain is correct.

When looking at it I actually do not like my min-reraise as it feels weak + I probably do not have much fold equity against said villain on this drawy flop, but I didn't want to check/call with AK on such a flop either.
The stack sizes is a little annoying here aswell, by realising now I end up with only 650 chips left going into the turn, I should have perhaps just folded or shoved instead?

*edit*
On a last note, villain bets 660 and I have 650 chips left. What do you guys think about that?
I have done such bets myself a few times, always been with good hands where I wanted a call. As I see it the bet says "I'm very strong, if you dare look me up it will cost you the entire stack". In my eyes this is a sign of weakness that pretends to be strong.
This will most certainly be different for everyone, but what is your first thought when you face a bet like this?
*edit*

Any thought on this hand greatly appriciated, thanks

Do not check-mini-raise on this flop ,ever !!

You either raise it a lot more (depending on reads) or you don't raise it at all .

I would have bet out on the flop (300 or so).

What's up the c/r and no bet on the turn. Yes, you have a fd + 2 overs, you need to call this turn.
