where is the best place I can change my euros to dollars?

The Rio changes only 1000 €/ day for a [censored] 1.27 rate and the Bellagio only up to 5000€.

Find some other europeans heading home early who have dollars.

Yesterday's rate was $1.347. I would call the large banks, such as Bank of America and ask them. Hotels will always screw you on either side of the pond.

Why don't you bring $$ to the USA?
I exchanged all my euros while i am still in Israel.

use your atm machine, they give far better rates than anyone over the counter.

what are the fees like in a casino, or are you far better off going to a ATM at a branch somewhere.

Definitely the best plan is to change with a Euro who has won big or is going home. You should be able to do it at mid point rate.

Changing money at the casinos is beyond dumb.
