Anyone know how to contact everest support? they dont seem to reply to the messages I send via their contact form

Sometimes everest poker support 'forgets' to reply to customers.

Check in the poker client if the email address they have is valid and check your spam box.

Then send another note to customer support via the online contact form; you could mention that you dont seem to have gotten a reply to the first mail.

Everest casino has a 'ticket system' where you get an automated message that they have received your complaint/suggestion and will get back to you in some reasonable time.

I have asked everest if they could implement the same or a similar system for everest poker.

Everest has terrible CS -- takes ages for any reply if one comes at all.

When asking a question through the contact form, I always get replies within 24 hours. Sometimes the quality of the reply is good, sometimes it is meh.

All in all, compared to other poker sites, this makes their CS quality slightly above average.

lol i shot their CS off an e mail about 6 months ago still waiting for a reply.
