27T: Turn question in completed BvB
Guy is 25/17 over the 1st 17 hands with him. He's on 2 of my tables. He seems a bit loose but is a thinking player from what I can tell.

What's better bet/fold or check? I felt he was on a draw and probably would of raised the 9 on that flop. 87 could of gotten there. |

b/f seems better than checking here. i think you get bluffed a lot. He might have a worse T, 2 spades, small pp, air. if you check he probably bets most of those hands.

Re: 27T: Turn question in completed BvB
I bet the flop and fold to a raise. If he calls, I re-evaluate on the river. I agree with your point that he would have raised the 9 on the flop and I think a flush or high straight (JQ) is more likely than 87. I give him credit for not calling the flop with 87.

Re: 27T: Turn question in completed BvB
I am bet/folding here too.

Re: 27T: Turn question in completed BvB
i def like b/f better than c/c or c/f, hes not raising your bet w/ flush draws unless its like QJs so im pretty sure b/f is best line here
|
Re: 27T: Turn question in completed BvB
b/f seems like the only option to me here. Sometime I check this flop tho.

Re: 27T: Turn question in completed BvB
I like c/c.
I think you have the best hand here like always and I am not concerned about 87 or a 9 generally, unless he bets turn AND river. |
Re: 27T: Turn question in completed BvB
he can have a lot of crap bvb in an unraised pot. as played i check usually, and often you can c/c turn c/f river (or call small bet bc idiots bluff when draws miss a lot too)
i really dont want to get raised here but he can still do it with a lot of worse hands, which is why betting looks somewhat unattractive |
