Whichever poker site sets up it's own Netteller like operation will take over online poker. They need to use a bank in the middle that is big enough worldwide that the US Govt. could not ban deposits to them.

They can create whatever banks they want on Antigua or Costa Rica. But to transfer money to or from you, they still need the cooperation of your bank here in the good old US of A. Rigel, Your idea is better. I did not mean to "Set Up" a new bank but use a large established bank.
