Gibt es hier wirklich niemanden, der die Bad Beat-Story von Phillip Marmorstein toppen kann?

Ich verstehe nicht so recht. Ist der Marmorstein irgendein Millionär, der zu viel Geld hat oder ist das alles als eine Art Joke gedacht?

Btw.: Sein Bad Beat ist jawohl lächerlich, im 2+2 Forum gabs schon tausende bessere Hände. Daher kann ich mir nicht vorstellen, dass die Aktion auch nur ein Fünkchen ernst hat.

Ich erinnere mich noch an ne Hand, bei der jemand nen straightflush floppte und am River der andere den höheren Straightflush bekam. Gleichzeitig hatte er nur noch eine Karte für den Straightflush gebraucht und daher den Bad Beat Jackpot nicht geknackt.

Now, the REAL beat here is that this happened on a bad beat jackpot table and everyone spent 5 minutes frantically trying to figure out what was going on. Turns out that because two people were sitting out, and a Russian shortstacker had yet to post his blind, there were only 3 people dealt in on the hand. 4 people need to be dealt cards for the hand to qualify. The jackpot was about $380,000. Biggest beat of my life. Feels like I got sucked out 400 buyins deep.

Schön ist das in der Tat nicht.
Glaube nicht, dass es als witz gemeint ist. Ist schon ein böser beat, kommt aber denke ich immer wieder mal vor.
