For the next few days you should be shtting into plastic bags and be looking through it with chopsticks in case the diamond comes out. My dad had to do that when my brother swallowed a quarter years back, true story.

wow man, go the hospital now. My wife once put a diamond from her ring in her mouth and swallowed it b/c she's retarded and the doctor said that it will most likely cause severe internal bleeding.
