Looks like a missed draw to me, maybe with the Ks. Don't think he'll call a c/r with it, though unless you have a very bluffy image. I call.

I would just lead the river. As played I think there is value in a cr against a lot of fishy non-regs who just can't fold top pair... kinda surprised everyone advocates just a call.
