Yes I know this is a fold pf, but once again in the middle of a nasty rush, aside from this should I be reraising here to define the original raisers hands? I was ready to fold in the event of a jam over the top but I'm unsure how to play this in general.

I will raise with this preflop at most tables from LP

I guess the mini raise is OK. If he just calls and checks, psb. If he reraises, I think folding is OK.
