5/10 blind battle: I flop trips, he overbets river..

Villain in the hand is QuasarX. Super loose-passive 47/14 pf, fairly passive postflop. Seems to c/minraise draws, occasionally air. He had earlier taken a similar line against me, but folded when I shoved the river (he also did not overbet the pot that time I don't think). Snap him off here or fold like a little bitch?

Edit: I really put him on an overpair on the flop/turn, but I think he's a lot more likely to c/c an overpair on the river rather than essentially turning AA-JJ into a bluff...yes i know "putting him on" something sounds stupid but i just mean that they comprise a large part of his range.

Urggh...against a passive type I'd chuck this tbh. That's a full buyin he's chucking at the pot there, and most passive players - ever iffy looking ones with iffy stats - don't make a habbit if turning made hands into bluff in these spots very often.

Seems like an easy call to me... guy's retarded and it's not like he never gets aggro, you said he c/minraises air or draws sometimes... basically you have trips against a retard in a blind battle.

Shameless bump. I folded. I later got most of his money at that table with top set vs. pair+gutshot with one card to come

i think you should really really bet more on turn to set up a larger river pot. as played i fold.
