BB has been playing pretty bad, and just recently lost a couple of sizable pots. Is PF standard? If not, are we just giving a walk? As played, should just set him in? c/f?

as in SB you are playing effectively for BBs stack I would open-shove this. As played I'd shove on the flop.

I shove this pre.
As played I bet something like 450, make it look like you want a call.

Shoving pre is standard and I'm fairly sure it's unexploitable and also doesn't put you in spots like this.

I think having got here you have to open shove the flop but I don't like it much since I don't think I would open shove with any real hand here. The only other option is c/f and that feels really weak but might be right vs some villains.

Yep, push this preflop since he only has about 10 BBs and you'd be priced it to calling if he pushed over your 3x or 3.5x raise.
