There are three prop companies that I have dealt with in the past and all have had positive results. Emailing prop companies directly is usually the best bet. Here are the three.

Onlinepropping.com
Madpokerprops.com
Parttimepoker.com

I'm sure they all have programs that would fit into what you need. Keep in mind it will be on small sites and you will often be playing short handed low/micro NL.

They have several options, with or without rules.
