On the Flop I raise, I'm happy if I take it down, and if he calls I'm in position and I started to build a pot if I hit. When he 3bets, I think the only play is to call.

The turn he INSTA-checked, I took this as weakness and tried to move him of his hand. I'm really not sure what to do there, though...

betting is good but more, like 22, with 14 he gets reasonable odds to call with a set if u ever bluff + he could fill up.

if he is a passive player that will always call with a set but never bets a set or a low flush on the river if u check behind id just check behind obv hoping to hit the straight.

any reads? raising the flop is really bad. i don't even bother trying to bluff a unknown on the turn most of the time. bet more if your going too.

i dont really like raising straight draws on 2 suited flops, id just try to see the turn cheaply

I bet 14 because it allowed me to fold if raised, if I'm betting 22 I have ~2$ left...
